Why is there no sound on my Lenovo all in one. When I click on the sound icon it moves up and down, but no sound
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Lenovo? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: all in one 40 ram, no model number shows on back. firefox is browser

Customer: sound was working until 2 days ago

windows 8.1 yes the the bar goes up and down, but no sound. seems to automatically turn itself off too
