Microsoft has totally screwed up my PC, put it in Safe Mode and I can't do anything - can't get out of Safe Mode.

You have apparently charged me $39 for doing nothing. You are hereby instructed to reverse any charges on my credit card and provide me with the appropriate party at Microsoft to whom I can register a complaint or to whom I can serve my lawsuit for fraud. Thank you.
