Is there a way to get a voice, for a very old user?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

Lenova, a about 3 or 4 years old. Have always used Microsoft, and AT&T is this what you wanted to know?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Recently, It may relate to my attempt to add the new product you offered yesterday, now I can't receive incoming email.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

I think I have too much other stuff running in my machine. Would like to clean out everything, except the email, my brokerage account, and almost no other imputs.
