My laptop is telling me my password ***** ***** I do not know what has happened.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

I didn't on this password. I also, have a flash drive with my passwords on it and I am getting the password ***** ***** to see that too.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Not that I know of.
