Customer: I haven't been able to use firefox for a few weeks now. When I try to uninstall it I am told to close the program but its not open
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: not alot can you access the computer
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: they are automatic
