I have an amaysim recharge voucher am trying to recharge my phone I have not used it for about 12 months. Do I need a new sim phone no.(###) ###-####what to do

It is a Samsung phone not smart phone

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Samsung phone? What have you tried so far?

All was good before I have not used the phone for about 12 months it is fully charged. Have tried to recharge on 555 comes up emergency calls only

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?

No I would just like to recharge with the $10 voucher I have purchased yesterday

I was talking to you earlier and you referred me to another site where they charged me $5 plus I know wish to cancel this however to number on the site is not connected could you please help me I do not want to pay $60 for this service

The SIM card will have been deactivated if it has not been used for 12 months.

I was speaking with you yesterday re recharge of my phone you also refered me to another site which then asked me for $5 then on the next site said it would be $66 this is refundable no questions asked. This is not what I wanted and there for request a refund immediately. I am asking you this was I cannot find where else to send my request. I would like a reply as soon as possible. Thank you Sandra

No I do not want to pay anymore money just want a refund as per your website I no longer require this account. If this does nt happen I will contact my bank and stop payment immediately. Your website states REFUND NO QUESTINS ASKED.
