You need to open up a command prompt or powershell with administrator privileges and type the following command in:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

(Might be hard to type without any typos)

Once that's done, the computer needs to be restarted.

If you open a command prompt instead of powershell you need to put powershell in front of the command like this:

powershell Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
