I have two purchases that I cannot print....do not know ewhy............also have an order that is coming in as a triplicate!
JA: What's the brand and model of your printer?
Customer: HP.........I BELIEVE 450.PIXMA
JA: How long has this been going on with your HP printer?
Customer: ONLY TODAY....WON'T RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO PRINT.
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: ?????? WHAT IS OS?
