I have been using Internet Explorer for years now am having problem sending pdf files, keep getting mailer-daemon from many receivers. Went to Chrome still having same daemon problem

Happening on all of my computers, have new Dell desktop and older HP laptop all on Windows 10

Error Message:
"This is the Proofpoint Essentials Dispatch mail system.
Proofpoint Essentials tried to deliver your email message, but was unable to do so for reasons outside our control.
We recommend contacting the person or service responsible for ooking after the recipient domain's email server directly.
The last error message w have available from the recipients server is included ight below, along with an extract of your email:

Josh, if you cannot connect directly I do not have time to mess with this, this is my business and I am busy. If you cant connect and take control for the $39 I want a refund. So far service is not good.

original docs go through not pdf and it is not just one address it is all that I use including sending the pdf back to myself at another address
