I am being charged for something on Google that I don't know about
JA: What computer or device isn't charging?
Customer: my smart phone
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?
Customer: android samsung s5
JA: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: the money just came out of my bank 2 days ago. I have been trying to find out what it is I am being charged for.
