I keep trying to update to Adobe Flash 9. I am not able to ope my email with out it.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Cox
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: Asus
JA: When did you purchase your Asus? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I think about 5 years ago I have udated to Windows 10 awhen it was avaialble for free. I have not had this problem with my email until the last few weeks. I thought I fixed it and it worked for awhile. Now i am receiving the notice again.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything.

Hello and welcome.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Cox email.

If you are using Microsoft Edge it may not yet be compatible with the latest version of Flash. Can you open Internet Explorer instead and try logging in through there?
