Hi, Andy. I submitted a message, but I'm not sure it it was received. My name is ***** ***** I have a Bask account. I writing concerning my laptop which I am using right now. I'd like to have a technician check it out.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes, my first message was sent to Mackenzie
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The initial installation was through Microsoft, including a microsoft e-mail. I want to get rid of that. It doesn't work. I also continue to get a message that says my account settings are out of date. Thanks for your help.
