My ex has hacked my phone and has it stuck in the program

Customer Question

My ex has hacked my phone and has it stuck in the program for the blind. I can't get passed the "no account found" scene. I believe he has changed the owner's name as well as my passwords and everythiing else. I actually have 3 phones in the place. I didn't know what he had done until someone informed me today. How do I get past all this so that I can use my phones once again.
JA: When did you last charge your phone?
Customer: Just about an hour ago.
JA: Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power button)?
Customer: Yes. I did a factory reset.
JA: Anything else you want the smartphone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything off bat.

What type of phone is it?

After a factory reset, you will need to enter the original account that was used to set up the phone - what type of account was it? e.g. a gmail account
