I just filled out for subscription and my application is asking for a security code (of which I have never used) and is not allowing me to renew. Please advise..... thank you Glenda Hymen

I filled out form for renewal and is asking for a security code ??

I haven't tried anything that's why I am contacting zoosk for help

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?

No as I said the subscription form is complete except for a security code which I have never had in the past
