It is my IPhone 6 that I am having a problem with. I cannot send or receive emails. Error message re: incorrect password.
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: for over a week now. I went my provider TMobile yesterday spent an hour with tech, changed password, worked for a short time, and now it is not working again.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: What sort of updates? I only install when I receive a message that I have updates.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I sent out two emails this morning and I don't know whether they went. sent one to myself and it read from local draft mailboxes???

I tried to accept your request for a secure remote connection ( screen sharing ) and it said payment failed. This sometimes happens if your bank or credit card company blocks the transaction and a quick call to them will usually lift the block
