my update for windows 7 won't install properly. I've restarted my computer and it still won't install.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: Dell, I'm not sure of model, windows 7.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I've tried for the last week. They download, but when installing, a message comes up that there's some problem, and it turns everything back without installing.
