why am I having to change my password ***** many times? I seem to have 2 separate accounts so am getting more and more confused!***@******.********@******.***! Can you help??

Customer: DON'T THINK SO!
JA: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?
Customer: Yes, and have to use it every time I have to change!
