My Acer F5-572G-595M which I've had from new locks up too often. WHY?
JA: What Acer model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: I type out something, it locks up and I have to crash out and start all over. MOST frustrating!
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It's been doing it from newish. Haven;t tried anything as I'm sacred to play around with it.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I like the computer. I get mad when I have to repeat something I've already written and it's a waste of time.
