I can't put the Facebook icon or a shortcut on my computer.
JA: When did you last update Facebook?
Customer: I'm not sure. got this computer in January. It is Windows 10 and I am having a difficult time figuring out where to find things.
JA: What have you tried so far with your Facebook?
Customer: I bring it up by clicking on the message icon usually and then I try to eventually get to my home page.
JA: Anything else you want the software expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think I need a "how to " video to help me. I'm 75 years old and what I know from using computers over the years doesn't seem to help me with Windows 10
