i'm trying to connect to internet so that I can download from ancestry.com and it keeps saying no internet connection
JA: What computer or device are you having trouble syncing?
Customer: my laptop
JA: Does your network appear in the Wi-Fi list on your laptop?
Customer: yes
JA: Which lights are solid and which are blinking on your router?
Customer: power is solid; wifi and internet are blinking
