JA: Hello. How can I help?
Customer: I can't get into my e-mail. I typed in what i thought was my new password, but was informed that it wasn't what i had thought
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I didn't reset my username so far as I remember; google sent a message saying it my password ***** changed 13 days ago. I asked that info I needed be sent to my e-mail, and was told that 2 have been sent, but they haven't shown up in my mailbox.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I don't think so.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nothing i can think of - although I do wonder if I capitalized a part that i had entered in small caps.
