I can not login, does not recognize sign in and/or password.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: every response say they will send to yahoo mail which I can not open?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i have desktop sign icon it brings up yahoo bot will not let me access mail
