I bought a new cell phone, and computer, and I can't get into my microscoft, and icloud to get to my accounts I had Pandora under my email, and wanted it transferred to my new phone. the other phone was deleted, and traded in.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: its a dell inspiron, and my iPhone is the new iPhone 7
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: my phone I just got yesterday

Customer: my Pandora just billed my banking account yesterday for 5.34 cents

As for Microsoft and iCloud... which can you not get into?

the account was set up under my email address sir. I can't get into any of my accounts, because they were stored on the phone, and my computer crashed last week. I thought my things were saved in the cloud, but my Microsoft account will not let me into the cloud.
