I just got the upgrade to the new version and now my keyboard and touchpad do not work.
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?
Customer: HP Pavilion
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: only the updates from windows updates.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The upgrade crashed twice and recovered the install. Device manager says the configuration in the registry fro the keyboard is corrupted.
