two days ago I received windows 10 updates. Took a long time to update. Finallyu was completed. Now since yesterday computer will not boot up. Gets hung up with windows logo and twirling circle on screen. Ran all night like this. I have restarted it several times and still gets hung up. What's the problem
JA: What's the make and model of your machine? And how long has the screen been an issue?
Customer: Computer is custom built. This has been happening ever since update two days ago. Currently stuck with that screen.

Customer: Are you reading this chat. I've told you twice that this started after the Windoews 10 update two days ago.
