Trying to activate office 365. I was disconnected with support
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes. I have just purchased Office 365. Also have office 365 on other computer. I think the activation is confusing the two programs.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The new program on the computer I am using has downloaded office 265. Outlook is working. Cant activate excel.
