JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: I am trying to log into my gmail account and you have the address different on the second screen M email address is***@******.***. On the second screen it is***@******.***. Of course, you cannot find me as the owner of the second address and my password ***** not work
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I got a new phone yesterday but that should not have had that effect

Sorry...I thought I was talking to Google. My mistake. I am talking about logging into google on my phone and the second screen has a typo that I did not make and cannot seem to edit which changed the email address.
