I have not received any emails since Monday, AM. Have had issues with email ever since buying this new computer with Windows 10 last year. Also hacked with lots of vulgar trash sent out, supposedly from me.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: Computer is HP, windows installed with purchase last Aug 11th.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Yes. Geek squad cleaned it up also yesterday, but they did not address my email questions.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: There are 87,000 plus emails showing on my computer. Massive amounts were failed messages supposedly sent from me. I did change password ***** but still don't get anything.
