Protected by passcode system, computer hasn't been used for a year, tried to start in safe mode - no luck, and unable to change startup diagnostics to play cd, for password ***** disk

You see this once you start the computer, on a black screen?

As soon as it loads, black screen while starting, then dell screen. Can't load safe mode or boot option

ok, this is the bios password. The only way you are going to be able to bypass it for this model is either enter in the correct password ***** replace the motherboard.

You have tried all passwords you can think of?
