I cannot receive e-mail on my desk top, not since May 27 when someone fixed another problem. My husband who has since died listed my name under his. The password ***** his and I never, for years had to enter a password. Since his death, there no longer is an acct. for him. I have discovered how to bring current e-mails up using my password, on both my cell phone and on a laptop belonging to a son.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes, I have spent at least two hours with different persons in the Philipeans but after at least 6 hours pm the phone, NOT able to change to my password.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I installed a windows update 3 hours ago, which had been requesting permission, hoping it would help.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that I know of.
