I apparently have an account with Pandora. However I have forgotten tmy password. When I attempt to sign up, I am told an e-mail was sent to***@******.*** with the code to allow me to reset my passwork. However, I never receive the e-mail. What to do, what to do, what to do???
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: No. Shhould I? And who?
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I recently installed Pandora from the App store. Three weeks ago and have yet to accomplish an active account.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
