I accidently removed microsoft from my computer, I do not use it except for
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: gmai Apple MacBook air
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Whenever they come up I do. My main problem now is that they will not let me into my email account says they can't recognize me.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
