The ultrabook screen has been printed and since then it is not working, it dooooes not turn on, it does not work. I need to know where to get it for repair in Miami ok

Can you try one thing please as this can correct it, disconnect the power cable then hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then try to power it on, tell me if the screen then comes on please.
