since the automatic updates from early June I have not been able to access any of the windows 10 apps and the message says that the built-in administator account can not be accessed and another account must be used. I don't know what that means or what to do now.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: asus. was previously running on Windows 7 and then last year installed windows 10.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not that i know of.
