Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

On the screen where you are asked for a password, is it also displaying an email address?

Expert:  Byron replied 1 month ago.

In order to determine whether you used a Microsoft (e-mail) account before setting up the PIN to log in please

do this: While looking at the password ***** hold down the left Shift key (and keep it down for now)

Click the Power icon in the lower right corner of the screen and from the menu select Restart.

When you see the Choose an Option screen release the left Shift key.

click Troubleshoot

click Advanced Options

click System Restore

The computer will restart and ask you to select an account.

When you select your account the page will change and if you previously used a Microsoft account

to log in, you will see an e-mail address displayed.

If you see one, please let me know what it is.
