Have hp notebook and having trouble with Kaspersky continuously popping up that it has expired even tho we renewed as usual every year...very annoying
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: hp envy...os?
JA: What have you tried so far with your Envy? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no it hasn't ask to update in a while now that you mention it

Customer: yep when I go to zoom to make text wont stay that way
