JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: HP2542 it was working until I moved to a new city
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP15 windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just had my cable turned on yesterday.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: when I was trying to troubleshoot it said a driver was missing
