The Update that Microsoft pushed out back in March of this year, protects you from the Wanna Cry/Crypt ransomeware. As long as you are up to date on your Microsoft Windows Updates, you are safe.

To be sure, you can do the following to verify that you are up to date and safe:
- Click the Start buttonn

- Click the Cog wheel

- Click the Update & Security link

- Click the "Check for Updates" button and allow it to run.
