Hi I can't access my toolbar or settings to get to my user info?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell PC and I am running Windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I installed out of date drivers yesterday but I couldn't access it before that
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I installed Malware antivirus protection yesterday aswell

I am operating on Windows 10 and can't access the Windows Icon or when I right click on the bottom bar I can't access the settings.

This problem happened before I installed Malware so I don't think that is the problem. I have tried running the sfc /scannow and that doesn't work either.

Yes, I know, it is a corrupted app-store actually, the taskbar components need to be reinstalled / corrupted registry entries need to be fixed. This will take me about 1 hour. With a guarantee that it will work again afterward or you can get a refund. Would you be up for that?
