Hello, I think I've got the wrong department. I'm a senior with an iPod that I just added a couple new cd's to, and the iPod went through an update. I cannon find my previous id and password, and too crippled to
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: go to store.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: As far as I can see in my apple notes it was probably Sept. 29 2012 or 2017 yes just installed update within the past 2 hours
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just need a to update password ***** id. And change my email address as I moved to a different cable company in Sept 2015.
