Hi, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you today. To make sure I don’t miss anything, please give me a minute to review your question.

Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

So it looks like your website is built using Wix but the domain itself, which is what is expired, is registered through GoDaddy.com. You will need to visit GoDaddy.com and sign in to renew the domain registration.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I've already been there. Go Daddy told me that it's now with G-Suite
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
My account with Wix.com is current
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

Okay, in that case click on the link on the website that says "Renew It Now!" and it brings you to the G-Suite renewal instructions. Follow those instructions and you should be able to renew.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Which website?
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

www.faamedicine.com

Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

Also, since it is expired, you could even just go back to GoDaddy or any other domain re seller and purchase it again as though it were the first time.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Where on the website is "Renew it Now?" I've already done that before and can't access my account
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

If it is easier for you I can securely connect to your computer and walk you through the steps right on your screen.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I've already done that too!

With another Just Answer expert?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
No, with Go Daddy
I'm a physician and had to hang up after an hour so that I can see my patients
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I'm at admin google.com. States it's for G Suite accounts only. Regular Gmail accounts cannot be used to sign in to admin.google.com
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

Great, click on "Add Account"

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Go Daddy told me that my website is with G-Suite
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
What do I put into the box?
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

Do you have an email that is something like***@******.***?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

No, @gmail.com emails don't work for G-Suite. It seems strange that Godaddy would tell you your website is with G-Suite because G-Suite is a paid service so you would have had to sign up for it.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
How do I retrieve my website?
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

The only way to update your domain with G-Suite is to sign in to your Admin account. If you do not have an admin account, then I don't know what you can do. If you originally signed up for the domain through GoDaddy then it should be registered with them, but it does appear on the www.faamedicine.com website that it is registered with G-Suite, as that is where the renewal link takes you.

Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

If you are not sure what your Admin account would be then I would get in touch with Google G-Suite customer support and ask them how to retrieve it. Would you like me to get you their number?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I've already been through Go Daddy and they were no help
Spent an hour on the phone with them with no answer
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

I think it would be best to contact Google directly and avoid going through GoDaddy

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Google referred me to you!
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

The Google search engine did, but if you call G-Suite directly they have 24/7 customer support. Their phone number is *****

Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

Since the domain is registered with them they should be able to assist you better than anyone.

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Called that number and they require a PIN which I don't have
Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

Is there an option to talk to someone to figure out the PIN?

Expert:  Richard Kresslein replied 3 months ago.

Who was it that you originally paid for the faamedicine.com domain? GoDaddy, Google, or was it passed down to you through a web developer or a business?
