I purched a lenova on may 5 17. I had windows 8, Best Buy transferred from my hard drive to my new Lenova. It did not transfer all my files. I do not like windows 10. Is there any way you could help me get my windows 8 back.

You could also remove your hard drive from your old computer and with the proper adapters, make it a portable USB drive and copy any remaining files you have on it to the new computer.
