JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: I have had it for a long time but I am still a computer illiterate.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No

Customer: No this is the only problem that I have.

The computer will shut down, wait for 3 mins and the power it back as normally you do.
