Microsoft has been bothering me me to reacivate my Office account, wich I actually renewed last April 24th and I have a document from my bank confirminng my transfer to Microsoft on that date,
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: My computer is custom made and I am using Windows 10.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: System Mechanic.
