I am unable to access my email.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: A.T. & T.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have not installed anything personally. I am unsure about just what the Century Link gentleman did when he changed over my email from COX.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: We've been through this before Pearl. Now it appears I'll be hit with something else to purchase. I just want access to my email as I was promised at the time of purchase. Besides paying a personal visit to A T & T today, I have spent over 4 hours for this one simple request which I was told was all ready when the installer left.
