I just purchased a LENOVO serial # MP15DWSX. I have updated all the drives but still cannot get the earphone jack to work. I have audio speakers plugged and have tried it on my laptop and the speakers work great.

Customer: Windows 10...where would I fine the model # Looked on the back and cannot find a model #
