JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Desktop
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. I went to the time warner page but there is nothing to direct me to pay online. Also my statement doesn't list any information for this.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

If so (or if you are trying to pay for Charter Communications, which is a part of TWC now...), do as follows:

1. go to

https://myservices.timewarnercable.com/

2. click on Register for a TWC ID

and go through that process (- unless, of course, you have a TWC ID or account already,in which case, you sign in to it with the username and password ***** that TWC ID/account.

3. proceed to pay your bill!
