I cannot access my gmail or google accounts. I've tried all

Customer Question

I cannot access my gmail or google accounts. I've tried all of the account recovery sites. Even the verification codes that they sent do not work. I think that my accounts have been taken over /hacked by someone else.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Since Monday.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I received an email on Sunday from Google stating that someone was trying to access my account. They asked me to change my password ***** security reasons. I changed the password ***** what I thought was a secure Google website. They accepted the password. On Monday, I could not get into my account or receive any emails.

Do you still have a pc that you successfully login in on at any point when your password ***** working?

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.
