I had the last update installed on my computer and it eliminated my printer. I have a workcentre 7328 installed via internet. It will not recognize it and I cannot get the computer to restore to an earlier date
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: Which one - I have had the printer for about eight years. I bought the computer about a year ago. I use both all the time
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Windows 10 installed a critical update 2 days ago
