I cannot get logged into my Gmail account. It stopped working yesterday. When I go through their process, they say they are sending an email to my "backup account". Nothing comes. I answer all their questions and it just keeps going in a circle.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Since yesterday afternoon
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. Tried to install Safari (have been using chrome) nothing else.
